Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, unless already in transit from one of our shipping carriers.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed without notice. Please allow additional days in transit or otherwise for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout and based on the shipping options you have selected or otherwise. Some products may display different shipping carriers, methods and options and is subject to change.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and may be out of our control.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

LegendTone.com ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, unless there is a delay, for a reason outside of our control or otherwise.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

LegendTone.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes). If applicable, other taxes may be required and are the sole responsibility of You.

Damages

Conditions for Returns & Acceptance

 

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

 

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The Goods are in the original packaging and condition

  • The following Goods cannot be returned:

    • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

    • The supply of Goods which are not in the original condition sold or were damaged by You or a third party carrier.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

Returning Goods

 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

 

To return, please follow the steps below:

1) Contact Us using our Contact Us form on our website and select "Return Product(s)"

 We will acknowledge and reply to your request with instructions and the location(s) to send your return. This will also include a return ID or number to identify your return.

 

2) Place all original product(s), labels and instructions into their original packaging. Once complete, place the return into an acceptable shipping box or padded envelope to ensure no damage. Seal appropriately.

3) Ship using Your preferred service or carrier. You are responsible for the costs and risks of using Your carrier of choice.

​

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail or carrier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

 

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate or card will be mailed to You OR may be applied to your account on Our website.

 

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver. You may contact them for details, as appropriate.
