We use CTS brass pots not only because they don't fail BUT because they feel way better than alpha and other lower-end pots. (Alpha makes a quality product but we want the knobs to turn and feel great. They also last forever!
 
This solderless harness is available with and without ground plates - available in Aluminum, Brass, Copper or Wire-only (no plate.) Plates are not required with our products, however; they can improve the ground conductivity and provide shielding to reduce interfereance and improve overall sound quality.
